The P365 is fully cocked when the slide is racked. The sear drops straight down into the chassis to release the striker. Pretty easy to see when your slide is off the gun. Glocks are partially cocked when racked. The trigger pull fully cocks and releases the striker. Check out this animation of the Glock action.

Since SIG uses a combat hold zero for the iron sights, you can't get a full co-witness with the 407K/507K/EPS Carry on the 365 with the stock iron sights. You can barely see the top of the irons with the 407k/507k and manage a center hold zero. The EPS Carry is a lower deck height but you still can't get a full combat hold zero.It is called Sig 365 ammo and it is designed specifically for the Sig 365. It is loaded very mild at only 1050 fps, whereas the winchester white box 115gr in 1125 fps, federal is 1180 fps, and the +P is 10% higher and the +P+ is 20% higher. Sig has a conversion kit listed for $399.99 that also includes the grip frame and a single .380 10 round mag (plus the barrel/slide/recoil spring).
