The Combat Grab feat doesn't say anything about needing to not move to maintain the grab. But also, the grabbed condition doesn't say anything about being dragged with your grabber if they move. It looks like, by RAW, you can grab with Combat Grab then stride away, but the grabbed creature will remain grabbed and not be dragged with you.
