I have a 43x MOS with T1C holster and I think the retention is on the rail/trigger guard. I have a Tier 1 Xiphos Elite. It works with the PSA slide and a Holosun 407k without needing any modification. I have also found that the Micro Dagger magazines also fit in a mag carrier made for stock mags.I was having similar issues with the Shield Arms Mags. Had two Gen 2 then bought a Gen 3; same issue. I replaced the recoil spring with a tungsten, light spring from Glock Store and so far, no issues after 100 rounds. I'll follow up after my second trip to the range.
