Buy a standard P365, and the SAS slide. This lets you try the sights without committing to the gun, should you not like them. As with Paul' above ^^^, it's a whole lot simpler to buy or sell the slide than a whole gun. BTW, the SAS slide has run fine on two P365s; SIG must hold tight tolerances. Its not cheap but i wanted an all metal p365 with grip panel grips for almost 3 years and now i have one. I love the Wilson Combat grip and i do think it will be the standard going forward but this is an incredible addition to the p365 and gives you the feel of a much larger gun. the weight is so nice and i imagine it will be a joy to shoot.

Shoot them a few times. Take them apart and put them back together. Check the follower for left over swarf or debris. Check the feet of the follower for casting residue or anything else that would prevent it from reaching full depth. Sig P365 mags (all of them, from 10 to 17 rounds, and I have them all) are uniformly stiff when new.
