Hello all. I have a 2017 Durango R/T with about 70,000 miles. The check engine light came on a few weeks ago. The fault code was the same here, P0456 code (small leak detected in EVAP system). We didn't notice any performance loss though. The vehicle went to the dealership and I believe the ESIM was replaced.

First, put the stocker cap back on and see what happens. Second, check the lines to the evap canister under the D. Let us know from there if those don't do it. I too have the dreaded PO442 code, and have looked pretty exhaustively for the cause without success.
