Came here for the first time on 2/9/24 with friends. Picante is located in the Carl's Jr/Brandon's center south of the 60 freeway and Vineyard Ave across the street from Cardenas Market. Picante's is a small casual family restaurant with cozy seating for maybe 30 or so people. Staff were friendly and welcoming and seat you at their tables.
Picante Mexican Food is a restaurant in the corner of the Shell gas station on Cherry and Baseline. Don't let the gas station fool you, it's fresh good food. They do have 3 booths and 1 or 2 two person booths to eat there if... you like. Everything I have had there is good and priced very reasonable.
