The input delay issue (which varies in severity with your specs and setup) is with regards to TK Dodge SE. The one letter difference is a mod author removing the scripts and using behaviors instead. This is the same method as TUDM and is why there is no input delay. Thanks for that, had no idea.
So I have ultimate dodge mod installed as well as combat gameplay overhaul and nemesis. I have both patches ticked in nemesis and have sidestep only for ultimate dodge but when I hit the sneak key my character just sneaks instead of dodging.
