Thought it might be the Intellicenter 2 app, so we downloaded the original Intellicenter app. We could log in and see both a local and remote selection, but remote was "Offline". Running the protocol adapter update tool will insure that you have the latest firmware installed onto the PA. Note: if you do need to run the updater tool due to a version mismatch, you may need to run it twice. When I go out to the pump/heater/ etc, it is still running on the schedule we have set up. But it is not communicating properly with the app. I cannot control the lights, change pumps speed, or check temperature. It is rather frustrating.
