Garmin watch weather waiting for data.

I recently encountered this issue when I swapped out my original 945 to a new 945 to fix the soft button issue. I was able to correct the Weather Widget waiting for data problem by removing my new 945 from Garmin Connect Mobile, unpairing the watch from my phone (iPhone XS, iOS 13.3), re-pairing with my phone and adding the watch back to Garmin Connect Mobile.It seems to be quite common, and the common answers don't seem to help me. The common answers being: 1 - Make sure locations are turned on on the phone. 2 - Try getting the GPS active on the watch. Neither of these things appear to work, neither has restarting the phone and watch and reinstalling the app. Observations I have made though include: You can connect your device to the Smartphone Link app to receive weather data ( Connecting to Smartphone Link). This feature is available only for product models ending in LMT-S. Select Apps > Weather. The device shows the current weather conditions and a forecast for the next several days. Select a day. Likely the weather app is not getting weather data.
