I have a customer's XUV 550 that seems to be leaking oil around the side cove of the motor on the clutch side but I can't pinpoint it and it runs fine. within ten minutes, it starts leaking a lot of oil like a drain plug is loose. it also has over 900 hours. Like.Here is a picture of my Gator. The secondary/driven clutch is at the bottom and you can see the belt is at the very top when it's not running. You can also see how the primary/drive clutch has opened all the way letting the belt "fall" down to the shaft. It is not tight and the belt has some clearance on either side when it's at the bottom.I have a 2013 Gator XUV 825i. It has a serial number greater than 6000. The rollers are bad New clutch for this model is a thousand dollars. A roller kit is about 300 dollars.
