The one I have right now says "Accent" on the bell. I have been told that it is Model 170. The horn is fairly new, when I got it, one person had tried it out for a few months.

From what I've read, shaving what are considered "bad reeds" can make them good. Without reed shaving a box of 10 reeds can easily yield only 2-3 readily playable reeds. We all know that reeds cost an awful lot.
